How We Play

Format & Scoring

🏌️

Stableford Scoring

The day is played in Stableford format. Points are awarded based on your score relative to par on each hole, adjusted for your handicap. The player and team with the most points wins.

👥

4-Ball Teams

Players compete in four-ball teams. Each team must choose a team name — so get creative! Both individual and team Stableford points will be tracked across the full round.

📊

Maximum Handicap 24

The maximum playing handicap for this event is 24. If your official handicap is higher than 24, you will play off 24 on the day.

🟡

The Yellow Ball

Each team will play with a yellow ball, passed to a different player each hole. If the yellow ball is lost, all team points from that hole are void. The hole on which the yellow ball was lost must be clearly recorded on the scorecard. Keep it safe — it matters!

💰

Mulligan & Throw

Players can purchase one Mulligan and one free throw for £10, to use at any point during the round at their own discretion. Available on the day — a great way to add a little extra to the charity pot!

📋

Results

All scorecards must be handed to Ryan Palmer on completion of your round. Results will be calculated during the evening and announced at the awards ceremony. Final standings will also be posted on our social media after the event.

What's Up For Grabs

Competitions & Prizes

Five competitions will run across the day. Whether you're a scratch golfer or a high handicapper, there's something to play for on every hole.
